1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the qk33 platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using qk33 immediately and refrain from creating or accessing an account.

• You have not previously had a qk33 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of qk33 services — including deposits, withdrawals, game play, and sports betting — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible players across Bangladesh.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active qk33 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, qk33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

3.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qk33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

qk33 may, at its discretion or as required by its internal compliance procedures, request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on qk33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qk33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the depositing party.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qk33 currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned subject to any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your qk33 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect depending on the processing times of the originating bank. qk33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. qk33 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds as part of its compliance procedures. Deposits made from funds that cannot be verified as legitimately owned by the account holder may be subject to hold or forfeiture.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your qk33 account are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification and compliance checks. qk33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used by the account holder.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.2 Processing Times

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank
• Card Withdrawals: 3–5 business days subject to card issuer processing times

5.3 Verification Requirements

qk33 reserves the right to require full identity verification before approving any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to: proof of identity (NID or passport), proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

5.5 Right to Withhold Withdrawals

qk33 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or permanently withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where a compliance or investigation process is ongoing. In such cases, qk33 will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

qk33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, IPL, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. 6.2 Bonus Expiry

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other means that qk33 determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with qk33.

7 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on qk33 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the relevant game studio or sportsbook engine. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

7.1 Game Integrity

qk33 only offers games from studios whose Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes have been independently certified for fairness. 7.2 Bet Settlement

7.4 Maximum Winnings

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qk33 and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software glitches, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in money laundering or using qk33 as a vehicle to process proceeds of criminal activity
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qk33 staff or other players
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, unlawful, or harmful through any qk33 communication channel

qk33 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection methods include IP analysis, device fingerprinting, behavioural pattern analysis, and payment method cross-referencing.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

qk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or mobile financial service
• Behaviour that is deemed by qk33 to be harmful to the platform, other players, or staff
• A self-exclusion request initiated by you under qk33's Responsible Gaming policy

9.1 Account Closure by Player
